Grade 8  This week we will be covering Egypt and I will be showing the serries on "Eng. an Empire".  They are to continue working on their section reviews and readings.

Grade 7  We are working on Ch 2 and will be having a vocab. quiz on the terms on pages 31 & 32 on Wed.  Continue reading the section. 

Grade 6  We will be finishing Ch 3 soon.  Its looking like a test and notebook check by the end of this week or the beginning of next.  Be prepared.  Early notebooks can be handed in on review day for 5 extra points.

Grade 8  Wld His   We should finish Chapter 1 this week.  Be expecting a test by Thurs. or Friday.  Notebooks will be due at that time.  Early notebooks can be turned in on review day for 5 extra points.

Grade 7 Civics  We will have a vocab. test on Tues. on the terms at the back of chapter one.  Begin reading Ch 2.  Complete homework assignment for Wed.-Thurs.

Grade 6  We are finishing our review of the 1st 2 chapters and I will give a quiz Thurs.  Please be prepared.  The terms and ques. will come from Ch 1&2.

Wld His 8  We are currently working on the first chapter.  Students should be reading the sections and working on section reviews.  I gave a handout of terms for ch1 that are to be completed for homework.

Civics/ Geo 7  We have begun Ch 1 and are to be learning the meaning of terms at the back of the chapter for a vocab. quiz to be given by the middle of next week.

Am His 6  We ate reading the first two chapter as a review and will be starting Ch 3 next week.  Students have already begun working on section reviews for the chapter.  I have explained in class how the notebooks are to be completed.

6th GRADE PARENTS:  We will have a quarterly project that I will be discussing at the PTO meeting as well as a handout given to students.
