Baptism

- Baptisms at Corpus Christi are celebrated anytime. They are typically performed after Mass. Please complete the Baptism Registration form below if you are in need of having your child baptized.
  
  Parents are required to take a preparation class before their first child is baptized, or if they are new members of the parish. Classes are held the first Sunday of the month following the 11am Mass in the Second Floor Conference Room.
  
  For Godparents who are NOT Corpus Christi parishioners, we require a Letter of Good Standing from the parish of at least one of the Godparents.
