Room Reservations

Complete the form below in order to request a reservation for a room in our Community Center. You will be contacted by the Parish Office to confirm availability. Please note, this form is only for usage by official ministries and groups of Corpus Christi Parish/School.

Teachers in our school should use the request form accessible in the Teacher Portal for official school events. Volunteers in our parish and school should use this form.

This form is NOT to be used for events that are not part of a parish ministry or group. For rentals, please visit the rental page of our website.
